Rental policies and guidelines
1. Availability
Determine your rental dates/equipment needs and contact us to make sure we have equipment available for those dates.
2. Rental Agreement
Fill out the rental agreement we'll send you and FAX or mail it to Transylvania Film/TV.
3. Necessary Documents
Provide necessary documents: Copy of driver's license and certificate of insurance where Transylvania Film/TV is the designated loss payee and additional insured. A minimum of (US $1.000.000) dollars in General Liability is also required. A check or cash deposit equal to the deductible amount is required at the time of rental. If renter does not have insurance then a deposit amount equal to the full retail price of the item(s) plus tax is required. The deposit used in lieu of insurance may take the form of a cash amount, a funds verified check, or a credit card authorization.
4. Confirmation
Once all forms are verified, Transylvania Film/TV Productions.will send you a confirmation e-mail. All equipment will be delivered and picked up according to the terms specified on the rental
